Artist's Description
Eiffel Tower - Richard Reeve
It's hard to believe that the Eiffel Tower was originally built as a temporary structure for the Paris Exposition in 1889. It has become one of the most iconic structures in the world, synonymous with Paris. this elegant design was the tallest building in the world for 40 years, finally being surpassed by The Chrysler Building in 1929.
The views from the top floor, adjacent to the apartment that Gustav Eiffel kept to impress guests, are spectacular

Richard Reeve replied:
Thank you, Meg. So many images of the Eiffel Tower, I wanted one a little bit different so I included the trees as an organic element.
