Description
Pittsburgh - United Steelworkers Building Perspective 1
One of the spectacular buildings in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the originally named IBM Building was developed as part of the Gateway Center and built between 1961-1965.
A highly unusual design at the time in which the load-bearing for the structure is achieved through a steel exoskeleton giving a honeycomb appearance.

Wonderful pattern and perspective! Fantastic work Richard!
Richard Reeve replied:
Thank you, Meg! A great example of Pittsburgh post-modern architecture set among the older buildings. A lot of industrial history here.
