Sometimes the world just does not make sense. This is a sign about a mile from my house. There are no sidewalks to the traffic lights but bizarrely there is a pedestrian crossing signal. I struggle to understand that bizarre logic of this. Perhaps it is a piece of installation art or some sort of test, who knows...?
