Celebrate with Champagne - Richard Reeve Whether it's the end of the year, a birthday, anniversary or just because you want to, a nice bottle of champagne is a great way to celebrate someone or something important. Although historically champagne has been uncorked flamboyantly using a sword swish, it's much more usual to strip off the foil top, unwind the cage from the cork and push gently on the cork.
